The office investment market is showing signs of stabilisation, with demand remaining concentrated on prime, ESG compliant assets in core locations, while secondary stock continues to face challenges. According to Savills’ Italian Logistics Spotlight report, the first three quarters of the year continued to record growth in both investment volumes and take-up. The logistics sector ranked as the second most sought-after asset class by investment volume, after retail, attracting €2.0 billion in investments, a 66% increase year-on-year. The market once again proved particularly dynamic, with a high number of transactions completed (45 deals, up 20% YoY).
