Originally Etruscan, Todi is a beautiful medieval town located on a hilltop south of Perugia. Another user-friendly city, access from the main car park is via a funicular train of sorts. Piazza del Popolo is the main square and is flanked by the Duomo and civic buildings; the Palazzo del Capitano, Palazzo del Popolo and Palazzo del Priori.
Todi was once hailed as the place in Italy which offered the highest quality of life, which was one of the sparks that ignited its property market.
