Riccardo Leonelli joined Savills – formerly Beliving – in 2017 as Head of New Developments. He currently leads Savills Italy’s New Developments department, bringing extensive expertise in real estate projects and a deep understanding of the property market.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, Riccardo has worked on numerous development projects, managing operations across various scales and price ranges. He holds degrees in Communication Sciences and Psychology, and has completed postgraduate studies in Marketing Management and Business Administration. His multidisciplinary background and operational know-how make him a key figure in the residential new developments sector.
