Nunzia joined Savills in 2020 as Head of Building & Project Consultancy. She founded and developed the business line she leads, quickly contributing to strengthening the strategic positioning of the team and services within the organisation and in the target market.
With over twenty years of experience in real estate consultancy, Nunzia has built a solid professional career within leading organizations. At JLL, she held a key role for more than a decade, founding and leading the Building Consultancy business line. In this context, she developed a cross-functional vision and deep technical expertise applied throughout the entire asset lifecycle. Nunzia has also been part of the Advisory Board of RICS Italy, actively contributing to the promotion of international professional standards and fostering dialogue among the main industry players.
