Over the years, Marcello has gained extensive experience within the company, becoming Head of International Development for Larry Smith in 2009, with a particular focus on the Russian market. Since 2014, he has been overseeing leasing operations across Italy and, in 2024, was officially appointed Head of Out of Town Italy. Specialising in the retail sector, Marcello works closely with landlords and developers on the leasing of some of the most prominent shopping centres and retail parks in Italy, as well as supporting the development of new projects on a national scale.
