After earning a degree in Education Sciences & Business Management from the Catholic University of Milan, Katia began her career as a business consultant, working for eight years with both SMEs and multinational companies. Initially, she focused on designing and delivering training and business coaching programs, later moving into strategic advisory roles alongside top management. She then spent five years as HR Manager at Bric’s Industria Valigeria Fine S.p.A., an SME specializing in the production and global distribution of luggage and leather goods, where she oversaw HR activities for the parent company and its five international branches in the USA, France, Germany, and Switzerland. At Savills, Katia’s work centres on driving change management initiatives to strengthen inclusive and positive leadership, developing a merit-based and trust-driven work environment through the oversight of performance and compensation processes, and managing and streamlining the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and offboarding.
