Carlo joined Savills in 2022 as Head of Industrial & Logistics. At Savills, he launched and structured the business line he now leads, giving a decisive boost to the development and strategic strengthening of the team, which specialises in advisory, agency, and investment services. Since March 2022, Carlo has been a member of the Board of Directors of Savills Italy.
Previously, he was Partner and Head of the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets Division at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led and closed significant transactions in the Italian market. Carlo’s professional experience also includes roles as Commercial Director and Marketing Director at Prologis, as well as executive positions at ERA/Europa Risorse and FILCA, leading him to develop a comprehensive and strategic vision of the real estate and industrial & logistics sectors.
